Anyway, I can write about this because 99% of all of my spam is filtered out thankfully.
I use this wonderful spam filter called, DSPAM. If you run your own mail server, you might want to look into it. It's fantastic.
For those who don't run their own mail server, you might want to look into using the ThunderBird email client, from the people who makes Mozilla.
It's a fantastic e-mail client that has a really good spam filter as well.
