So I dunno about other places, but the server room in our building has a magical overseer to make sure that the servers are running, nothing crashes and all the computers in there work as they are supposed to.
It may look like a regular rubber chicken, but it's more then that. It's what keeps most of the technological world running as it should.
Well we were talking about it when and I remembered, a few years ago, one of our rubber chickens cracked and broke. It's been protecting the server room for over 6 years, but alas, it's time had come.
So, I was wondering... would it be a good idea to moisturize the rubber chicken to extend it's life span? If I remember correctly, when the chicken cracked and broke, there was some really bad things happening to the servers. :(
Of course, a co-worker reminded me that rubber chickens are 99 cents a piece, and that he wouldn't be caught dead moisturizing a rubber chicken.
Yep, my work place rocks. :>
Ok, it's official, I feel the panic that is Katsucon. 8-/
Mmmm, calming influence...
What's the saying? Happiness is a warm gun. What I wouldn't give to be that gun right now. O:)
