So I decide to cancel my Comcast cable TV because I don't watch that much TV anymore and I didn't feel the need to pay $50/month for cable.
I call to cancel... 3 months ago. They FINALLY send me the closing bill after they started back charging me for 2 months of service.
I get the final notice Friday. What do I get in the mail today? A collection notice saying I owe them the back payments... which they removed in the final bill. They also want the cable box back, which is fine. I was going to return it to them with the final bill.
Wow, way to go with pissing off any future customer (ie, me). Screw you Comcast, see if I ever give you any more of my future business.
