So last night I made a pretty veggy dinner because it was mostly easy to do.
Mapo Tofu - Silken tofo cut into small cubes put into a medium hot pan with a teaspoon of cooking oil. Cook for a few minutes and add Mapo Tofu sauce.
Gai Lan - Rinse throughly with water, cut in half and put into a pot of boiling water until stems are soft. Drain using a collender and add oyster sauce.
And of course, Moon cake for desert. :-9 Though I was so full from dinner I didn't eat it until the next day.
Sadly, I'm going to be intensely busy this week (deadline at the end of the month) so this maybe the last cooking I do for a while. :(
