Ann needed someone last minute to take some headshots of models on Saturday. So I spent a few hours doing a photoshoot.
Yah, such hard work I know... ;-)
Poor thing, I think I made her whip her head around like 5 times to get this one shot. X-D
Got this pose when she was pointing at her b/f at the top of the stairs.
I SWEAR she looks like a Chinese/Taiwanese movie star in this shot. O_o
She was pretty nervous and kind of stiff at the beginning of the shoot. But after she relaxed a bit she gave me this wonderful smile.
Granted, not all of the above are headshots in the purist sense. I do have them, but it would have looked boring if all I did was post headshots. And it was models seemed to like the change of pace doing other shots as well. Stuff like...
The lighting was absolutely perfect here. There was a hallway naturally lit on both ends by sunlight. So she was backlit by the entrance and front lit by the window behind me.
No flash, 1/100, f1.2, ISO400. Some lighting corrections in PS.
Canon 50mm/f1.2L FTW!!
The models getting ready.
Gigi using her studio set up.
What is it with me and sneaking up behind other photographers...
Huh, I smell a new project coming on. :D
As Mal would say... Good Day. :)
